Charlie Kimpel and Heather Wakeley’s Wedding Reception at the Butler Country Club in Butler, Pennsylvania

Congratulations to Charlie Kimpel and Heather Wakeley, who celebrated their wedding day on Sunday, March 18, 2018!

Their 3:00 ceremony took place at First United Methodist Church, in Butler, and was officiated by Reverend Rockwell Dillaman.

Their reception, located at Butler Country Club, immediately followed.

While Heather and Charlie, along with their bridal party and parents, shared photo session time with photographers, Elizabeth and Nazari Dorosh, owners of Dorosh Documentaries, their guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and conversation.

Introductions began in fun fashion, with parents and the bridal party entering to “Love Never Felt So Good”, by Justin Timberlake and Michael Jackson, while Charlie and Heather entered to “We Are Family”, by Sister Sledge.

Following introductions, the couple shared their first dance as husband and wife, dancing to their chosen song, Leroy Sanchez’s version of  “Perfect”.

Heather then shared a special dance with her dad, Scott, dancing together to “Butterfly Kisses”, by Bob Carlisle.  Next, Charlie and his mom, Anne, shared a special moment, dancing together to “Humble And Kind”, by Tim McGraw.

To conclude the special dances, and as a surprise for her mom, June, Heather chose “Mama’s Song”, by Carrie Underwood.

After dinner, which was wonderfully prepared by the Country Club staff, the traditional cutting of the wedding cake took place, with Michael Buble’s version of “How Sweet It Is” playing in the background.

I had an excellent evening with Charlie and Heather, and it was a pleasure to be included in their wedding day!

Their evening of fun and dancing concluded with their family and all of their wonderful friends joining them on the dance floor, accompanied by, “I Wanna Dance With Somebody”, by Whitney Houston.

Join me in wishing Heather and Charlie all the best in their new life together!
