Ryan McHugh and Lisa Verdi’s Wedding Day at the National Aviary in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

On Friday, September 7, 2018, Ryan McHugh and Lisa Verdi exchanged vows on-site at the National Aviary in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Their 6:00 ceremony was officiated by Sandra Monahan, owner of Weddings Without Worries.

Their reception, also held at the Aviary, immediately followed.

While their guests enjoyed hors-d’oeuvres and cocktails, Ryan and Lisa, along with their families and bridal party, joined photographers, John and Becky Kendelhardt, owners of  Kendelhardt Photography, for a pre-introduction photo session.

With the conclusion of cocktails, introductions kicked off, with parents and the bridal party being introduced to “You Shook Me All Night Long”, by AC/DC.  Lisa and Ryan then made their grand entrance, dancing in to “What I Like About You”, by The Romantics.

Following introductions, the couple cut their wedding cake, while “How Sweet It Is”, by James Taylor, played in the background.

After dinner, which was wonderfully prepared by the staff of Atrias, the couple shared a very special first dance as husband and wife, accompanied by their chosen song, “Can’t Help Falling In Love”, by Elvis Presley.

Lisa then shared a special dance with her dad, Ron, accompanied by “Crazy Love”, by Van Morrison.

Ryan also shared a special moment with his mom, Linda, dancing to their chosen song, “Child Of Mine”, by Carole King.

Their evening concluded with their family and all of their wonderful friends joining them on the dance floor, accompanied by their chosen final song, “Perfect”, by Ed Sheeran.

Join me in wishing Lisa and Ryan all the best in their new life together!
