Montgomery Bell and Maureen Skelly celebrated their wedding day on Saturday, October 13, 2012. Their 4:00 wedding ceremony, located at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Butler, Pennsylvania was officiated by Father Tom Gillespie.
Monte and Maureen’s wedding reception immediately followed and took place at the The Grand Ballroom, in Butler, with guests arriving at 5:30.
Formal introductions kicked off with parents and the bridal party entering to “Bring ‘Em Out”, by T.I., while the flower girls, MaKayla and Mackenzie, entered to their own beat, accompanied by the “I Carly Theme Song”.
Monte and Maureen then made their grand entrance, accompanied by “Everlasting Love”, by Natalie Cole.
Immediately following their introduction, the bride and groom cut their beautiful cake, created by JPC Event Group, accompanied by “I Can’t Help Myself”, by The Four Tops.
I had the pleasure of working, for the first time, with Mandie Starkey, owner of Millie Morgan Media, who expertly provided the lens work for the evening.
After dinner, which was prepared by the wonderful staff at JPC Event Group, Maureen and Monte shared their first dance together as husband and wife, accompanied by Aaron Neville’s version of “Crazy Love”.
Maureen then shared a very special dance with her dad, Jack, accompanied by “Walk With You”, by Edwin McCain. Monte also shared a special moment with his mom, Arlene, dancing to “When You Need Me”, by Bruce Springsteen.
What a great evening at The Grand Ballroom! It was wonderful to be included in Monte and Maureen’s wedding day! The evening concluded with all of their friends and family joining them on the dance floor, accompanied by their chosen song, “Sweet Caroline”, by Neil Diamond.
Please join me in wishing Monte and Maureen all the best in their new life together!
